Proposed Amendments To NJAC 5A:6
Division of Veterans [Programs] Services
The New Jersey Department of Military and Veterans' Affairs, Office of the Adjutant General, Major General Glenn K. Rieth, has proposed readoption with amendments to the chapter governing veterans [programs] services.
The New Jersey Department of Military and Veterans' Affairs proposes amendments to N.J.A.C. 5A:6, pursuant to authority of N.J.S.A. 38A:3-2.2(a); N.J.S.A. 38A:3-6(o); and N.J.S.A. 38A:3-6(u).
The adoption of these changes outlines, identifies and establishes the eligibility requirements, policies and procedures for the entitlement programs and services authorized by the State of New Jersey to resident veterans and their dependents.
The entire notice of proposed changes will be published in the New Jersey Register on August 2, 2010. The public has 60 days in which to comment. Persons wishing to make comments may do so in writing to:
